This was inspired by 
and her awesome costume design for Katie [link] I tried to get the folds and shadows right(and totally gave up on those arm and leg ribbons), cause I don't usually draw frilly dresses on my chars ^^ Although with this one I had to be careful that I didn't make her look too goth or too much like a...uh... =]
